Main features of Screwed End Globe Valve

• Designed with bolted body and bonnet and suitable for Class 800, 1500, 2500 valves. A welded bonnet is also available upon request for valves
• Valve body parts are seal-welded with body-bonnet designs for classes 1500, 2500, 3000, and 4500
• Globe and gate valves featuring bellows sealing are available in Class 800
• For maximum protection from leaks, body-bonnet joints are fitted with stainless steel gaskets and graphite fillers
• A gate valve's T-head stem-disc connection fully complies with API 602 and API 598 requirements for strength
• For smooth operation, the stem is threaded with an ACME thread
• Tapered shoulder on stem for back seating
• Assemblies with self-aligning type glands that require stud-and-nut tightening
• Globe and check valves have an integrated hard-faced body seat
• Discs on check valves that can be used horizontally
• Gate and globe valves are available with electrical actuators
• Inspiring optimal impact resistance, low heat loss and excellent corrosion resistance from austenitic SS forgings for cryogenic valve bodies and bonnets
